Here's a head start
- Avoid processed foods and added sugars
- When filling your plate with food think the 80/20 rule. 80% veggies like roasted veg over greens and avocado with 20% protein like beans, fish or good quality meat.
- Carry snacks with you to avoid impulse buys. A little dark chocolate and raw nuts are easy and delicious or sliced apple with nut butter and cinnamon.
